Applying your nameset or patch correctly is essential for a professional, long-lasting finish. Please follow the instructions carefully below.

🔧 What You’ll Need

  • Household iron or heat press
  • Flat, hard surface (ironing board is not ideal if too soft)
  • Baking/parchment paper or a thin cloth

⚠️ Before You Start

  • Ensure the garment is clean and completely dry
  • Check your iron settings (no steam)
  • Always test on a small, hidden area if unsure
  • Do not apply directly over seams, zips, or heavily textured areas

🔥 Heat Press Method (Recommended)

For best results, we strongly recommend using a heat press.

Settings:

FOR FLOCK NAMESETS

  • Temperature: 130–140°C
  • Time: 10–15 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium to firm

Steps:

  1. Position the nameset or patch on the garment
  2. Cover with parchment paper or protective sheet
  3. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Peel carrier film carefully (if applicable)

FOR DTF NAMESETS

  • Temperature: 115–120°C
  • Time: 2-3 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium to firm

Steps:

  1. Position the nameset or patch on the garment
  2. Cover with parchment paper or protective sheet
  3. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Peel carrier film carefully (if applicable)

FOR PATCHES (NON-DTF)

  • Temperature: 130°C
  • Time: 15 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium to firm

Steps:

  1. Position the nameset or patch on the garment
  2. Cover with parchment paper or protective sheet
  3. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Peel carrier film carefully (if applicable)

🧺 Household Iron Method

If you don’t have a heat press, you can use a standard iron.

Settings:

  • Temperature: Medium–High (no steam)
  • Steam: OFF

Steps:

  1. Place the garment on a hard, flat surface
  2. Position the nameset or patch correctly
  3. Cover with baking/parchment paper
  4. Press down firmly with the iron (do not move it around)
  5. Apply pressure for 10–15 seconds for flock namesets, 2-3 seconds for DTF namesets and 15 seconds for patches
  6. Repeat until all areas are fully bonded
  7. Allow to cool before peeling carrier film
  8. Re-press for extra hold

❄️ Cooling & Peeling

  • Some products are hot peel, others are cold peel
  • If unsure, allow to cool slightly before peeling
  • peel slowly and carefully

🧼 Aftercare Instructions

To ensure longevity:

  • Wait 24 hours before washing
  • Wash inside out at 30°C max
  • It is best to handwash your garment
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron 
  • Avoid fabric softeners
