All international orders (exc. USA) are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). DDU is where the receipient pays all customs, duties and fees after their order arrives in their country.

Orders to the USA are sent with Delivery Duty paid.

Customs forms will be completed to show your complete purchase price. This cannot be avoided.
Remember: Your order will be held by customs until payments are made. 

NOTE: If you do not pay these fees and refuse the parcel and it is returned to us you will be refunded once the order is received by us. The refund will be minus ALL postage costs and an admin fee deducted for processing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees.
